- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Kinney Drugs in Richfield Springs has some of the friendliest staff you'll ever meet, the Pharmacy's staff knows my family by heart and always greets us when they see us. The only issue I have with Kinney's is the prices of non-drug items, some items are pretty pricey and you can find them cheaper at other places in town.
